In the next 100 years, a well-off society will be built in an all-round way by 2020, and a socialist modern power will be built in an all-round way by 2050. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee made this series of institutional arrangements, and what problems should be solved? We should better ensure and promote the realization of these two goals as scheduled by striving to modernize the national governance system and governance capacity.
