　　This report is compiled in accordance with Article 50 of the Regulations of People’s Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on the Openness of Government Information (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations on the Openness of Government Information).

　　I. General situation

　　In 2022, under the leadership of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, the Municipal Bureau of Statistics conscientiously implemented the Regulations on the Openness of Government Information and the Key Points for the Openness of Government Affairs in Beijing in 2022, strengthened policy interpretation, actively responded to social concerns, and made every effort to do a good job in the openness of government information.

　　(A) to strengthen the interpretation of data release, do a good job of government information disclosure.

　　Strengthen organization and leadership, hold a special meeting of the director’s office to study the relevant work of government affairs disclosure, formulate the main points of annual government affairs disclosure, and revise the "Regulations on the Administration of Government Information and Government Affairs Disclosure of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics". Complete the task of releasing government statistical data information on time, and do a good job in data release and interpretation. According to the plan, the main economic data of the whole city will be released, and information such as statistical systems and statistical standards will be actively disclosed in the open column of government affairs website, so as to provide timely and accurate information support for all sectors of society and continuously improve the effectiveness of open government affairs services. In 2022, the government website published 830 statistical data tables, 376 interpretation statistical information and 342 government information. Earnestly do a good job in publicizing the management and use of fiscal funds, and publish five intermediary service transaction information on the online intermediary service trading platform in Beijing.

　　First, continue to make it public according to the application. In the government information disclosure guide, add the relevant content of government new media accounts, and update and publish the government information disclosure guide of the Municipal Bureau of Statistics in a timely manner. In 2022, the Municipal Bureau of Statistics handled a total of 34 applications for government information disclosure, all of which were answered according to laws and regulations. In 2022, there were no complaints, reports and administrative lawsuits caused by government information disclosure.

　　The second is to unblock the channels of government information consultation. In 2022, the statistical consultation column of the government website of the Municipal Bureau of Statistics responded to 278 public inquiries, and the foreign comprehensive contact telephone seat answered more than 19,000 calls.

　　The first is to optimize the content of the government information disclosure platform. Adjust the policy document column of government website, add subject classification, issuing authority and other content, and set up the policy document retrieval function. Build intelligent consulting service, add "intelligent question and answer" module, and improve the answering efficiency of a network. Add the function of downloading progress data on government websites, further standardize the construction of government websites and improve the convenience of using statistical data.

　　The second is to strengthen publicity and interaction. The website of the Municipal Bureau of Statistics launched the "Statistical Publicity Column of Beijing’s Economic and Social Development Achievements since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China", planned to publicize the Party’s 20 major themes, and produced a series of programs on "Counting the Ten Years’ High-quality Development of Beijing", which showed the fruitful achievements of Beijing’s pioneering construction and innovative development. With the theme of "Measuring Beijing’s Color with the Future", the 2022 Beijing Government Statistics Open Day was held, which was broadcast live simultaneously through the platforms of "Beijing Statistics" Tik Tok and "Beijing Daily", attracting 158,000 people to watch online, and the number of online topics initiated by the event has reached 4.5 million.

　　Strictly implement the provisions of the government information disclosure system, improve the audit mechanism of government information release, supervise and inspect the government information disclosure work, and make it as open as possible. Organize lectures for all staff on the Regulations on the Openness of Government Information to teach the whole process of information disclosure, such as registration, review, handling, reply and filing, so as to enhance public awareness, strengthen the legal thinking of all staff and improve the level of government information disclosure.

Therefore, the Municipal Bureau of Statistics actively uses various platforms such as statistical government website, "Two Micro-shakes", "Counting Beijing" program, and comprehensive foreign telephone number to release information in time and answer public inquiries, so that the public can obtain statistical data and information in time through different channels and ways to better meet the public’s demand for statistical data.
